The BMI project scope of work required a comprehensive renovation of the company’s office space, which included 3 reception rooms, 3 hallways (total 30 metres), 4 private executive offices and 2 water closets.

The main objective was to modernise the property, retaining a classic feel, whilst creating a brighter space within which the company could welcome its international roster of music star clients, and from which it could be proud to host pre-and-post award ceremony receptions.

Adding more light to the hallway and reception rooms was a top priority, as was making more of the 15-metre main hallway.

The Kitchen and three en-suite bathrooms were outside of scope for this project.

A boutique, premier London-based Interior Design studio called Studio QD, were appointed as the Principal Designer and Contract Administrator for the project and they were our primary point of contact throughout the project.

This project was inspected by the FMB's independent inspection company, part way through project.

Nuway Construction were instructed to manage full renovation of the project; full rewire, reconfiguration of MEPH services, suspended ceiling throughout (140 sqm), new flooring, security grills and extensive paint and decorating too.

Our scope of works included full refurbishment and upgrade of MEPH facilities, rearrangement of the kitchen and bathrooms spaces, reinstating access to the communal garden area, detailed redecoration throughout and new joinery.
