GROUND FLOOR SIDE RETURN AND REAR EXTENSION, PART FIRST FLOOR REAR EXTENSION.
Greg had a no nonsense approach from the start. Clear and 'uncluttered' quote, with costs changing very little as the project developed. Had to do some underpinning - beyond Greg's control - which was done quickly, at a fair price, and did not delay things too much.
Team were friendly and kept things tidy. No complaints from neighbours! No major niggles and a great result.

Greg and the team did an excellent job on our recent loft extension. They communicated really well, problem solved efficiently and made the whole experience as stress free as possible. Best builder and full suite service I’ve come across. Gave a date of finishing the job, and met it. Team work extremely hard (even neighbours were impressed!). No idea how Greg manages it but sticks to the timings. Brilliant with communication making decisions easy. Cannot recommend enough (words you rarely hear about a builder). Look forward to my next project!
