Existing garden designed and taken through full planning approval by Oliru Developments.

A full specification has been prepared by Oliru for the potential buyer, with completion expected in late 2025.

Following site investigations, piling foundations were required, along with a tanked retaining wall to three sides of the plot.

The property was constructed as a three-storey build from the front, stepping down to two storeys at the rear, with the main shell completed in spring 2025.

Internal fitting-out is currently underway.

Refurbishment of an existing public house that was in poor condition.

The building was fully re-roofed and re-rendered, giving it a fresh exterior and improved structure.

Inside, the space was completely stripped back and redesigned. The first floor now features three offices, WCs, and a kitchenette, while the ground floor provides WCs and a large open-plan area ready for tenants to fit out to their needs.

As Jason Noad’s PA, I can confirm that Shaun and his team have completed a building project with a value in excess of £250,000 for us.

The work consisted of a complete renovation and conversion of a commercial premises to form an upper floor office accommodation and ground floor restaurant café premises.

We are very happy with the standard of work and professionalism Oliru developments exhibited and have no reservations in recommending them for any other work.

Land was purchased and the design was developed in association with Farrar Balmforth Architecture.

The project was undertaken in partnership with the developer L & D Properties. All specifications were produced by myself, and the build was covered by a 10-year LABC warranty.

Further to those he Developed a new build site of 3, 3 storey houses, on this project Shaun was the main contractor and build warranty provider. He did everything from the initial drawings right through to handover of the new properties.
