At Olympus Build, we recently completed a stunning side extension in Dunstable that completely transformed this family home. The project included a full knock-through with steels to create a spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining area, designed with modern family life in mind. We also added a playroom nook, making clever use of the layout to ensure a functional yet stylish space. From the initial groundworks right through to the roof, our team handled every stage of the build. This recent project in Chalfont St Giles saw us transform the layout of this home with a restructure and knock-through to create a spacious kitchen-diner, perfect for modern family living. We removed the adjoining wall between two rooms, installed structural steels and stripped the property right back to open up and maximise the available space. The result is a bright, airy and beautifully finished kitchen, complete with breakfast bar seating and a clever layout that flows effortlessly. The natural wood worktops add warmth, while the herringbone flooring brings texture and elegance. Additionally the beautiful rooflight overhead floods the space with natural light, enhancing the open plan feel even further!
