This project involved the design and construction of a high-quality rear single-storey extension to a residential property in the Heath area. The primary objective was to create a spacious, modern kitchen and dining area suitable for contemporary family living.

Works included a full structural knock-through to seamlessly connect the new extension with the existing interior, resulting in an open-plan kitchen-diner that maximises natural light and enhances flow throughout the ground floor. A dedicated utility room was also incorporated, providing practical and discreet storage and laundry space, helping to maintain a clean and organised living environment.
