Devine Construction completed both the planning and nutrient neutrality credit applications on behalf of our client. Following the approval of both applications, we were appointed to construct a two-storey detached house and a two-storey detached garage, along with all associated external works

To ensure rapid construction, superior performance, enhanced energy efficiency, and long-term durability, the house is being built using a high-quality timber frame system

In addition, we are incorporating a range of energy-saving and sustainable features, including an air source heat pump, solar panels, a sewage treatment plant, and a grey water recycling system.
