Inspectors notes:
The Client, has appointed the Contractor to construct a rear-side single storey extension, fully refurbish the existing kitchen, utilities room, ground floor WC, stair case, front living room and Driveway. The project commenced in January 2025 and was completed in November 2025.
The extension foundations are constructed of strip footings with a concrete slab floor. The Walls are of a traditional insulated cavity brick and block system, with aluminum bi-fold doors installed and the Roof is of a tiled and pitched design, with velux windows in-situ.
A new heating system and a full rewire have also been completed.
The workmanship and finishes have been completed to a good standard.
