The Kelvin Parade extension project included demolition of existing outbuildings, a bathroom and part of the kitchen to make way for the construction of a larger open plan kitchen and dining space extending just over 500sq ft.

This relatively small single-story extension drastically changed the entire composition of the living space for our clients. A large skylight opening in the middle of the kitchen and large glazed folding sliding doors now flood the space with natural light.

Extensive external groundworks were undertaken including raising the ground level for the patio area, installation of external lighting and paving of pathways to the spectacular garden.

Our clients were living at their property throughout the construction works. Prior to starting we set up a temporary kitchen for them to use and the construction zone was sealed off.
