Worked efficiently to get the work done on time and below the initial estimate and kept us informed as work progressed. He worked effectively with the architect, other trades and us as clients and was adaptable to ideas and suggestions as the project evolved. Phil spent a while tracing drains and the soakaways that had failed. He built three new ones preventing damage to the existing lawn. Phil was brilliant and professional in dealing with the issues and finding solutions. Managed time deadlines really well.
