Having completed an extension with Richard in 2006, after a house move, we wanted to work with Richard again on our new project. Richard, Guy and Tom recently completed our kitchen and living room extension. My husband and I have known the family for many years. Richard, Guy and Tom are all polite, friendly, hard workers. The work they carried out is incredible - with high perfection standards and managing to problem solve at every hurdle. We are in love with our new home. Our young children enjoyed watching and sometimes getting involved with the work they carried out. We have since asked Tom to do some extra work hanging doors, working in our utility and some extra outside work at the front of our house to match the amazing job around the back. Having had R.Vincent and Sons Ltd convert two garages and build us a porch in 2023, we invited them back for a second time to carry out a major landscaping project on our garden, which partly involved creating a retaining wall and patio structure on what was tricky terrain. Richard, Tom, Guy and the team have undertaken three sizeable pieces of work for us - converting the loft to two bedrooms, building a sun room / extension onto the rear of the property and refurbishment of the kitchen. Richard and his boys were professional at all times and did a great job. They kept us updated with any delays and alterations that needed to be made. The brick work blended in wonderfully to make it look like it's always been there. We have no hesitation in recommending Richard Vincent & Sons Ltd. They completed our two storey extension, verandah and fully renovated our home to an extremely high standard in May 2021.
