I cannot rate Adam and his team at Rapid Bee highly enough for the work they did on a recently completed large home renovation project in South East London. The level of their craftmanship is outstanding from tiling, to joinery to wallpaper. Everything was perfect. The project involved sanding and refurbishing original floorboards, reinforcing floor boards, the creation of an opening with bespoke folding doors between the reception rooms, panelling of living room, dining room, hallway and stairs, new lighting, installation of cast iron radiators, full painting and decorating, installation of plasterwork, stripping and refinishing of stairs handrail, installation of utiility and shower room, new WC, bespoke alcove joiner, fitted wardrobes and much more. They were also really lovely to work with, communicative, friendly and very passionate about the project. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We used Rapid Bee for a major refurbishment of our downstairs, including structural works, a new kitchen, and all associated trades. We are very happy with Adam, Saul and the team. Their work is of consistently high quality, and the whole team was very professional. They have very good organisation/ communication skills which helped them deal flexibly with some unexpected changes in our project. We’ve used Rapid Bee twice in the last two years and have been so happy with the work that they have done and our overall experience dealing with Adam, Saul and the team. From the initial planning phase to the actual build and the post build snagging, their service has been first class. We were a bit apprehensive selecting builders to work on our first project as we’re not very technical but Adam and Saul were so helpful and detailed we were instantly put at ease. They provided us with detailed plans of the work by week, upfront with their pricing highlighting what was included and not included, letting us know what materials needs to be onsite and when, weekly project updates and walk throughs and so flexible when we decided to change things slightly or asked for additional work to be done. Even with an unexpected hiccup, they still delivered the first project on time and to very high standard. Selecting them for our loft conversion was a no brainer. We would 100% recommend Rapid Bee

We hired Rapid Bee to carry out a rear extension which included taking down the existing conservatory and kitchen, and extend the house towards the garden. The 5-month project required to dig deep new foundations, heavy steel to repoint the structure, new walls and roof and all the related plumbing, electrical, plastering, tiling, decorative works down to the finer details. From the outset we were impressed by Rapid Bee's professionalism and eye for detail. Adam and Saulius who lead the team, provided a detailed plan of works and payment schedule broken down by week, which by the end of the project had been followed with impressive precision. Additionals, improvements, and any changes to the original plan were discussed and accommodated along the way with always a 'can-do' attitude. Nothing seems to be a big deal for Rapid Bee when it comes to project adjustments, somehow they manage to keep one's peace of mind at all times. Communication was very fluid, Adam and Saulius were always there to answer any concerns, clarify any issue or provide updates, and this was in addition to the regular weekly 'touch-base' meetings. They have the logistics extremely ironed out and it shows how experienced everyone in the team is, they work hard, long hours, and, as the work was done during the winter months, seem to be impervious to the weather. After the day's work, everything was left clean and tidy. I recommend Rapid Bee unreservedly and look forward to doing the next project with them.

Rapid Bee have just completed a double extension and full renovation of our 3 storey Victorian house in East London. Works included: new electrics and plumbing, installation of two bathrooms, a cloakroom and a kitchen, plastering, tiling, floorboard renovation, and painting throughout. They also completely overhauled our garden. This was a big project for us and Adam’s team was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. They were punctual, helpful polite and knowledgeable – fully recommended!

Adam and his colleagues were, overall, brilliant. They were professional, high quality and completely autonomous with getting on with the work, which is what I needed. Their quote was market rate although on the expensive side, but that's because they only perform excellent building work - I sincerely cannot fault them. We consulted a great deal on the planning and set-out of the layout given the premium on space for the en-suite, for example, and they delivered as envisaged and perhaps exceeded expectations. Other quotes provided by separate companies either couldn't promise the look I needed for the garage conversion, or their ideas were cost-reductive or simply not good e.g. toilet and sink unit 'two in one' to save space. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys for a stress-free service. I should also mention that they have a great deal of integrity and work hard.

I hired Adam and his team to build a 5m by 6m single-story rear extension with a pitched roof. The project was completed on time and to a high specification. I am very pleased that I have chosen Rapid Bee Ltd out of the seven different building contractors who came to view the site and provided quotations. We are in the finishing touches on our 6 month project for a double storey side, back extension, loft conversion, new roof & total renovation with Rapid Bee. We invited a few builders to quote for our job & found RapidBee to be on the money. They certainly were neither the cheapest nor most expensive. We liked them mainly because of their professionalism & the can do attitude & knowledge. Whilst other builders tried to talk us out of some ideas we had, Adam & Saulius were happy to incorporate all our requirements & offered further options to make things better. It is refreshing to speak to a builder who doesn’t complain but offers good updates & offer solutions to problems. They employ an extremely hard working team that show great attention to detail & want to do a good job. The guys dealt with our idiot neighbour professionally & avoided confrontation & Building control on a few matters & Adam provided us solutions before he even told us about the problem. We added a few optional extras along the way & whilst they weren’t cheap we knew they would offer good value for money. They supplied all our windows of a top brand product at a competitive price that look absolutely stunning. They are a few weeks ahead of schedule, an outcome rarely heard of amongst builders. They prepared a clear schedule up front which made it easy to keep track of cash flow on work completed. We actively encourage anyone to get a quote from them & have a conversation with them when comparing builders

We had a loft and ground floor extension. Adam and Saulius and the team were the most professional and hard working builders. Our architect was useless and went into liquidation early in the project but Rapid Bee stepped in and made sure all the work was done according to the plans and even helped us with issues that our architect should have done. The work is of such a high standard - even the builder next door came over to tell us what a good job they had done. Nothing was too much trouble and they never said no to anything (even when we changed our minds sometimes!). Any small problems that arose were sorted out quickly and with no complaint. I have heard horror stories about builders and am very glad we chose Rapid Bee. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

For most owners a job this size is unique and we won’t already know builders who are able to do it justice. Rapid Bee were not the cheapest out of 7 quotes & demonstrated great patience in working through quotes for extra required work before being engaged. But a year after the work was completed to the highest standards, they have proved clearly to be excellent value for money. Of course you can always beat any quote down in price but you can easily go so low you force the builder to only be able to do a quick and dirty job for you. Rapid Bee have a few teams from which they can provide extra man power to get speed up as required. I believe we were fortunate in being assigned Ramonas as the site manager and his team as core. Certainly the standards were very high and friends involved professional in the trade were complimentary of the work done for us. Another exceptional aspect is Adam’s excellent communications, always remaining positive and responsive in spite of my demands at times. After all money has been paid, how have they been? Despite so much work having been done, (they’ve transformed our entire ground floor as well as back yard) the snagging list was unbelievably brief! Even now, nearly a year later, they are still attentive and willing to slot small items which have popped up when they can within their existing schedules. Catch them before they get too big and too busy!

The Rapid Bee team have been excellent from start to finish building our extension. From our initial meeting with Adam and Saul we found them to be professional and accommodating. They’ve worked alongside us step by step to complete the project to a very high quality, meeting any challenges with creative solutions. The guidance throughout the project, workmanship, attention to detail and even when it came to appeasing the neighbours, has been impressive. Ramoonas, the foreman, did a particularly brilliant job, leading the team on site day to day. We are delighted with the result and our new space! We would highly recommend Rapid Bee and will hopefully work with them again on other projects in the future.

Although Rapid Bee didnt come in as the cheapest quote, we found that actually they are extremely great value for money. If you want a high standard of workmanship Rapid Bee is 100% the right choice to make. We've been working with them for the past 4 months on our project now & through all the complications with the site (poor subsoil no side/rear access, difficult neighbours & a rubbish Architect), Adam and his team have made every part of the process easy and painless. Construction is stressful but each step of the way Adam and Saulius gave us solutions and not problems. My walls are straight, they've gone above and beyond in fixing old problem's & accommodating our needs. The team are extremely polite, they arrive on time, they don't cut corners and they don't do a poor job. They use high quality materials only so you know that your build will last a lifetime. Right now we are 3/4 of the project done. Adam, Saulius are working ahead of schedule without compromising on quality. Very knowledgeable highly skilled team. Family and friends initially felt the quote from Rapid Bee was high and you can get cheaper quotes..However now they are so impressed with the work. You can get a cheaper quote BUT you really do get what you pay for. The project isn't even finished yet but our house is easily the best constructed house inside and out on our street. We will definitely be hiring Rapid Bee again for our loft conversion. Highly recommend!! 5 stars.
