This project involved the complete renovation of a severely neglected residential property, internally and externally. The building required extensive structural, roofing and internal refurbishment works to bring it back to a safe, functional and modern living standard.

Works included full internal strip-out, structural alterations and remedial works, new roofing works, complete rewire and plumbing installation, installation of new kitchen and bathrooms, plastering and full internal redecoration, flooring throughout, and external repairs and landscaping improvements.

The property was transformed from a deteriorated condition into a high-quality, modern and fully functional home. The project required careful planning, coordination of trades and attention to detail to ensure all works met current building standards.
