Due to the height of the underground sewerage manholes we were unable to drop the patio 150mm below dpc, with agreement from building control we put forward the suggestion of liquid dpm to the brick face under the render, and installing an aco drain leaving an 80mm gap from the wall installing limestone chippings within the void.
