We came across Rooks as a result of a garage fire which necessitated a rebuild. We saw their offices in Grayshott, popped in and requested a quote. I was initially sceptical because of the office premises overhead, but went with the flow as we needed four quotes.
Olly Rooks came to our house and spent time listening to our needs, made a number of suggestions and provided a very competitive quote which our Loss Adjustor was happy to proceed with.
The Rooks team was excellent from start to finish. Timekeeping, communication, quality; you name it, they were first rate. Having worked with a number of builders in the past, it was truly refreshing to work with such a professional team.
Of course there were minor issues that arose during the build, but each time, the Project Manager had workarounds, so never presented a problem without a workable solution.
Now we have a magnificent replacement garage which really was pain free.

We have recently had our extension updated and rebuilt by Rooks, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Our project was challenging - with a considerable amount of carefully ‘unpicking’ what had been done previously - but Olly and the team planned and handled every detail with skill and extensive knowledge.
From start to finish, the whole team were dedicated to achieving the best outcome for us; they were communicative and meticulous in their work, and everything was completed to the highest standard. The team we had on site were all lovely guys, and a pleasure to have in our house.
The quality of the workmanship has been exceptional - the new cladding and roof have transformed our extension in particular. We highly recommend Rooks. Their expertise and attention to detail truly set them apart.

It has been a pleasure to work with Olly and the Rooks team to build our new playground. From the initial tendering process onwards, Rooks' attention to detail and passion to provide the highest quality end product was clear.
As a playground for children with additional needs, Rooks ensured that they went the extra mile to ensure that each element of the build met the needs of our children, collaborating effectively and using their extensive knowledge to provide creative solutions. These solutions were expertly crafted into a finished product that we are all proud of, and that the children are thoroughly enjoying.
