For this project, a structural opening was created to accommodate the installation of bifold doors. The building was carefully propped using steel pins and acro props to ensure stability throughout the process. Additionally, a sealed enclosure was constructed to contain dust and maintain a clean working environment, minimising disruption to the surrounding areas.
Brickwork, plastering and insulation are now complete, and the space is really coming together on this house extension project.

We recently completed the repointing of this charming cottage. The existing render was carefully removed to reveal the original masonry, which was then repointed using traditional lime mortar. This method not only preserves the character of the property but also allows the building to breathe, ensuring long-term durability and authenticity.
Matthew and his team did a very good job. Always turned up when expected and on time; always friendly and polite; all work was done to a high standard and I was consulted with and kept up to date with everything along the way. Work was completed in late May 2024 and to date we have had no reason to call Matthew back. Any issues which cropped up along the way were sorted by Matthew and he was especially patient when some aspects of the plan had to be altered. Matthew always liked to leave everything as clean and tidy as is possible on a building site and expected is team to do the same. We paid am initial deposit then the rest of the payments were made in stages as work progressed with the final payment only being requested on completion of the work. Would definitely recommend Rossiter Construction .

We first met Matt when we wanted to build a stone garage with reclaimed materials. After something that far exceeded our expectations Rossiter Construction came on board and built two houses for us, then completed an extension and full renovation on our original cottage. The workmanship and finish is second to none and we would fully recommend Matt and his team for any building or landscaping projects. Courteous, considerate, they work efficiently and tidily to create dream living spaces.
