A small quaint bungalow requiring some modernisation to improve the flow of the building, energy efficiency and to add more bedrooms. Our team carried out the design, planning and cost engineering to provide the client with a scheme that ticked all the boxes in terms of functionality and aesthetics but also within their desired budget. We were then appointed to carry out the project management to the construction phase.

The engineered floor flowing through the whole of downstairs gives you a warm spacious feeling.  The kitchen supplied by a local southwest company offer bespoke dovetail oak drawers, quartz worktop and a number of storage solutions. All appliances are integrated including quooker 3:1 tap and a hidden pop up socket, all finished in a gun metal style to match the interior design of the house. With 2 good sized en-suites and a spacious main bathroom that is designed to really maximise the tranquil views over the rolling hills.
