Together with our clients, we went on the journey of enhancing what was already there – upgrading the ground floor living space and side access into this 1900’s style property, incorporating the original period style fireplaces, ceiling rose, decorative coving etc.

Having been in our home for just over three years we wanted to make some changes to the layout of our ground floor and to landscape our garden, which was in a pretty sorry state. Safet put us in touch with a landscape architect who provided us with a design for a new patio and garden. Safet and the team then did a fantastic job knocking through two rooms, replacing ceilings and floors, plastering and decorating two rooms and a hallway, installing new parquet flooring and a pocket door. The new patio and landscaped garden are brilliant. A serious problem with the rendering on my house resulted not only in external damage but also damage to the inside where water had penetrated. S&M Solutions came recommended by friends.
