The project was to complete an L shaped loft conversion to our Victorian terraced house. From the initial meeting, Safet inspired me with confidence that he understood what was required to fit in with the building and regulations. The whole team were highly skilled, professional and courteous, and delivered a real quality build and finish. The team worked incredibly hard into the evening and at the weekends to bring the job in on time. Safet and his team conducted a full back to brick house refurbishment for us, updating our grade 2 listed house in London E1 from a 2 bed 1 bath to a 3 bed two bath, whilst slightly increasing the footprint via a new extension. The scope included but was not limited to, complete gutting of the house and removal of chimney breasts, adding of steel joists, new sub floors, extension with structured glass, new dormer in rear roof, replacement roof to main structure, replacement windows, and full second fix (including new bathrooms, kitchen, WC, flooring, air conditioning, integrated sound system, pocket doors, wardrobes and cabinetry, full decorating throughout, and additional hard landscaping to front and rear gardens) Safet was very responsive and personable throughout the process, and cares very much about his workmanship and maintaining high standards. He adapted quickly to changes or additions in design / scope on second fixes, and embraced 'a vision' without difficulty or challenge

Safet and the team at S&M Solutions are really great. They listened, responded and contributed ideas that enriched the end product with their skills and individual talents. The transformation of my home has been relatively painless. Safet was refreshingly realistic with his projections of budget. As a woman alone he was not in the least patronising which sadly had been be a vapour that existed with some of the previous quotes. Having been in our home for just over three years we wanted to make some changes to the layout of our ground floor and to landscape our garden, which was in a pretty sorry state. Safet put us in touch with a landscape architect who provided us with a design for a new patio and garden. Safet and the team then did a fantastic job knocking through two rooms, replacing ceilings and floors, plastering and decorating two rooms and a hallway, installing new parquet flooring and a pocket door. The new patio and landscaped garden are brilliant. The finish is very high quality and Safet was great at communicating, advising on changes that inevitably cropped up and some additional work to the front - including a new garden wall and pathway. Safet kept a close eye on costs, advising of cost saving options. The team are very conscientious & we would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again!

A serious problem with the rendering on my house resulted not only in external damage but also damage to the inside where water had penetrated. S&M Solutions came recommended by friends. Contacted the company, left a message and received a prompt call back. And those of you who have phoned builders and other trades will know that in itself this is like a breath of fresh air. I received a visit from company manager, Safet, who diagnosed the problem and produced diagrams, costings and a work schedule that were explained in person in layman's terms but without being condescending. The work commenced, progressed and was completed as planned by a team of hardworking, conscientious, friendly and polite workers who were always mindful that we were living in the property throughout. The work was completed to a high standard and I was kept fully informed. I was so pleased with the work done that I asked S&M Solutions to undertake further internal work. Friends have commented on the high quality of the end result and neighbours on the hardworking and considerate workers. Without hesitation I would highly recommend S&M Solutions and am happy to be contacted by anyone thinking of using their service. Many thanks Safet and your team.

The work that Safet and his team from S & M solutions did on my house was very high quality. It was a big and disruptive job and they were at all times friendly, polite, and extremely considerate of neighbours. In particular, Safet kept me informed of progress with almost daily updates and photographs, so I felt in control even when (inevitably on a big restoration job) unexpected things cropped up. Communication was excellent, variations and extras were carefully negotiated, and Safet is very good at explaining the pros and cons of different approaches and solutions. The team kept the site very tidy and secure and were generally careful of my property. Overall they were a pleasure to work with, I would wholeheartedly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.
