Safeway Build Limited were brilliant! Multiple other companies shied-away from cutting certain stones and tried to push us to use materials we didn't want – but Safeway Build Limited had the skills and tools required do achieve exactly what we wanted. We had several quotes and Safeway Build Limited were the only company that were VAT registered, which we found reassuring. should we need to reach out to them in the future. Safeway Build Limited used the correct materials and did a better job of waterproofing, re-pathing and restoring our exterior entrance stairs and brick balustrade than we expected. We are really pleased. The Safeway Build Limited team are also polite, positive and respectful, only working only sociable hours, with zero noise save for the work itself. Florin and his team delivered very high quality work for a 3x5m extention. I am very happy with the extension; I feel it will last the test of time. Highlights are excellent plaster work, joinery, foundations and concrete floor. There were lots of items that I had to source which was difficult whilst working full time, but Florin was always on hand to explain, give advice and discuss ideas. The use of WhatsApp ment I felt supported with a quick response. I wish I'd had insisted the quote was re-written after our 2nd discussion. I found it frustrating that areas we had discussed (painting outside, fitting upstairs windows) became extras. A rooky mistake on my behalf. Florin did throw in some extra electic sockets, for which I am grateful. The missing star is for the month over run on the build. I would have hoped holidays and other jobs would have been planned for in the timings, as there were sometimes days/week when no one was on site. Overall, a job well done :)

Hi This is the second time we have used Florin and his team and to be honest there isn't anyone else I would trust to do any work in our house. Always polite, efficient on budget and on time with the finishing work too. The team go that extra mile in making sure you the clients are happy and the workmanship is of a very high standard.
