Our garden room which was built on the site of a conservatory in a conservation area . It looks as though it was part of the original design and the finished room exceeds our expectations. Kelmend at Salla was expert in his building knowledge and took great care and consideration to listen to our concerns during the building process. The cost was as agreed with no significant extras , the timeline for completion shifted but due to circumstances beyond the Salla's control. We would thoroughly recommend Kelmend and Salla .

Kelmend and his team were incredibly professional and efficient. I cannot recommend them enough. Right from the start, Kelmend was excellent at keeping in touch and communicating where we were with the project, he was always punctual and gave us some great advice on the project. I used Salla Construction Ltd to completely renovate my two bedroom flat in 2024, which was on the 6th (top) floor of a Victorian mansion block in central London, so was not the easiest of places to do a refurbishment. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They worked closely with me to draw up a detailed budget, which was very accurate, and the timeline for the refurbishment was met with no problems. Their attention to detail was first class, and the overall finish to my flat was superb, which includes new floor, new windows, new bathroom, walls removed, plumbing, electricals, ceilings, walls re-plastered, etc. Everything was finished to a very high standard. I was kept informed every step of the way and if any issues arose they were addressed quickly and professionally. I want to congratulate Kelmend and his team for fulfilling my flat refurbishment requirements, I am very impressed with their high standards and the obvious pride they have in their work. Well done.

Absolutely thrilled with the loft extension SALLA Construction completed for us! From start to finish, they were fantastic to work with. Kelmend and his team were not only professional but also super friendly and approachable. They kept us in the loop every step of the way, making sure our preferences were always considered. The craftsmanship is top-notch. Our new loft space looks even better than we imagined, and it's clear that they paid attention to every little detail. Salla Construction undertook a full renovation project of a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom maisonette flat. Work included new wiring throughout, new plumbing, new flooring, kitchen and bathroom installations and decorating throughout flat. All project management was handled efficiently, with good communication and good transparency on progress and costs with weekly valuation so there were no surprises. Any issues with suppliers were dealt with promptly. Team were all courteous and professional and completely transformed the property.

Salla Construction undertook a building project for us, knocking down a wall into a kitchen; removing a fireplace and chimney breast; various electrical works; installing a supporting beam, underfloor heating, radiators, sink, lighting and roof window; tiling walls and floor; making good and decorating. At all stages of the process Salla provided excellent service. They took care of our property without being prompted to. All of the guys took pride in their work and the quality was without fault. They were prompt and worked hard, often finishing late in order to ensure the job progressed ready for the next stage. Communications were great. We had no concerns about the workers being in our home without us. They were all friendly and considerate. It was clear that Salla wanted us to be more than happy throughout the project as well as with the end result, which we are.

We chose Salla Construction to complete our extension and it was truly the best decision. Very professional team, provided daily updates on the build as we did not live in the property during the works, sent detailed valuations weekly and were on site at all times. We had agreed a programme of 8-12 weeks and they completed within the 8 week mark, which was amazing! We trusted them to do their job 100% without supervision, mainly because of the great communication. We would recommend them to anyone without a doubt and we will be using them for future projects.
