The client requested a … Read moreFor this project, we undertook the full renovation of a property in Hampstead and redesigned the interior to create a stunning, modern family home.
The client requested a large, open-plan kitchen, which we achieved by creating a sleek, modern area that connected seamlessly to the garden through a sleek set of sliding doors. By adding skylights throughout the property, we were able to improve the natural light coming in and make the rooms feel larger, enhanced by the white or light coloured paintwork.
We also fitted a completely new bathroom suite, finishing the room with elegant marble wall tiles and flooring which give the space an incredibly opulent feel.
By remodelling the layout, we were able to maximise the space and give the house a much more ‘homely’ feel, just as the client had requested. Overall, this was an incredibly satisfying project and everyone involved was delighted with the end results.

We created a really pleasant and open atmosphere in the lounge spaces by using light oak flooring and white paint. And, we didn't stop there: we even installed adjustable ceiling lighting to make it cosy and relaxing in the evenings!
We designed a spacious open-plan kitchen with a cooking counter in the middle and used elegant marble tiles for the ground. We utilised marble for both the floors and the bathroom walls, but in different colours to create a remarkable contrast. In the bathrooms, we were able to achieve a sleek aesthetic by manipulating space and light.

We maximised space in the living area by renovating the interior with a contemporary look; the client was particularly happy with the indented ceiling and lights, which opened up the space and made it feel lighter and brighter.
We also created an open-plan kitchen in the property; the original kitchen was completely redesigned and fitted with wooden flooring, adjustable ceiling lights over the dining table, and skylights to improve the room's natural light during the day. The result was a spacious, modern kitchen that suited our client's needs perfectly.
In the bedrooms we continued in a similar style, fitting wooden flooring and decorating each room in light, neutral colours to create a modern, clean, and fresh look throughout the home.

We wanted to make the kitchen the real heart of the home, so we created a streamlined, open-plan space that featured marble elements to add a chic final touch. The kitchen was entirely remodelled to encourage people to spend time there, with sliding doors providing convenient access to the garden and flooding the room with light.
We also converted one of the bathrooms into a luxurious wet room, using stunning dark marble to give it a truly opulent feel. Upstairs we transformed one-bedroom by painting it in an ultra-contemporary light grey colour, while the other we decorated in a lovely mellow shade of green. Both went from rather drab spaces to rooms that were pleasing to the eye and a delight to spend time in. Overall, this project was a triumph of modern interior design.

The worn rear extension was removed, and a unique format was created to house the living and dining room, as well as a large open plan space with natural light. By changing the layout of the house to be more open plan, we successfully managed to create a more cosy and relaxing ambience for the family to unwind in.
The property's walls were plastered and renovated in sophisticated neutral tones to highlight the steel, tile, and crystalline accents in each room. The huge dining room addition was the focal point of the property and the most crucial part of our renovation project. For this, a one-of-a-kind design and construction plan was devised and fitted to match the lights that hung above the white doors.?
Overall, this was a beautiful and modern renovation and everyone involved was beyond pleased with the final results.

We worked closely with the client from the start and planned and executed refurbishments of all the flooring and bathrooms, as well as installing new joinery, electrics and plumbing. This was a prestige project with high-end specifications, and so we decided that only a superior Chalon kitchen would do, along with a striking new AGA cooker as the focal point. Extensive structural works were carried out to make the three areas more much more open-plan, and as parts of these works, we had to carefully alter the drainage at certain key locations. To complete the look, we ordered bespoke joinery for the rooms and used special plaster features and upmarket Farrow & Ball paint for an altogether wonderfully refurbished interior. To begin with, our lead architect redesigned the apartment’s conservatory so it would be structurally independent from the flank walls. We then had to carefully remodel the rear hard and soft landscaping as well as the existing layout of the drainage; this was necessary so that the renovated structure would be a better fit for the site, the confines of which are restrictive. For the past two weeks, Anton and the Sandarov team have been busy completely refurbishing our two-bedroom flat in London. The project includes installing new ceilings and floors, a new bathroom, kitchen, and wardrobes. The plumbing and electricity need re-fitting, and the whole place will be decorated. With two more weeks, until everything’s finished, we have to say how happy we are with the job and the quality of the work delivered so far. From what we’ve seen, we’re confident the finished project will be just what we envisioned. We’ve been really impressed with how they work, their attention to detail, and how they keep us informed about what’s going on. It may be early days, but we’re already recommending Anton and his team to family and friends.

Anton and his team completely refurbished our two-bedroom Edwardian London apartment with great success. The project included a new kitchen and bathroom, renewal of one ceiling and floor, new wardrobes and cupboards. Additional requirements involved heightening a number of ceilings, floating shelving, gas and electricity as well as the full redecoration of all rooms. Anton's team has been fantastic to work with. They were very friendly, flexible and had a 'can-do' mentality. They had an excellent eye for detail and delivered a high finish on all the work. They worked hard and delivered the project for a good price. We spoke to many builders before choosing Anton and we are delighted with the outcome and feel that we certainly made the right choice.

Anton and his team, from SANDAROV, have done a remarkable job with our restoration, transforming our dated and run-down property. We needed work on the lounge, the dining room, the hall, stairs and landing and the third bedroom - the majority of our house, then! They completed a long list of jobs, including the addition of a dividing wall, stripping walls back to bare brick before re-plastering and repainting, replacing skirting boards and coving, repairing water damage to ceilings and repainting, wiring in a new light and sound system, relocating and replacing radiators, and renovating our wooden banister. It all looks as good as new, and the improvement is incredible!

We found Anton from SANDAROV LIMITED approachable and knowledgeable from the initial consultation to the completion of the refurbishment works in our house. They gave good advice on how we could move the refurbishment project forward. Their workmanship was of an excellent standard and they didn't, at any time, incur any additional costs. We started the project with our own idea of what we were looking to achieve and Sandarov's experience and know-how have provided us with a finished house that exceeded our expectations. We used SANDAROV LIMITED when we needed to refurbish our small house in north London. They were reasonably priced, very polite and met our requests for the work that needed to be done. They were even happy to take on some additional tasks that we hadn't originally agreed. Ant managed his team impeccably and his communication was so good that we always knew who was going to be working at the house, what they would be doing and when they were expected to finish. At the end of every day's work, all the mess was cleaned up. Overall, Sandarov have provided us with a competitive and professional service and i would definitely recommend to everyone.

I live in Muswell Hill and recently needed some renovation and refurbishment work done on my flat, so I got in touch with Sandarov. They installed a new kitchen, refitted the bathroom and revamped my bedroom. Not only that, but they repainted and laid new flooring throughout the flat. We are absolutely delighted with the high quality renovation job that the Sandarov team has just finished in our flat. At 540 square feet our flat is quite small, but even so, the work was finished in only a month, even though it was a full scale project. What's more, the whole process was quick and free of problems. It was a pleasure to deal with both the manager and the team who did the work - communication was clear and they all understood exactly what we wanted. We are so happy with the result that we have already recommended them to some of our friends.

I needed my whole house refurbished, and it was a big job. There were walls to be plastered, a boiler to install, an old kitchen and bathroom to extract and new ones to install, and plenty of electrical work. Anton and his team did the work for me and finished it on time and on budget. They did a really good job and they were prompt about answering any questions that I had while they were doing the work. I would happily call on the Sandarov team in the future, and gladly recommend their services to anyone planning a house refurbishment.
