I would like to put my husband forward for these awards as he helps everyone else and has actually submitted an apprentice for these awards yet not himself. It was tricky to do without him knowing so I told him and he was happy to go along.

I have put him forward as he always ensures we all have a happy and productive working relationship and work force.

Simon is a true decision maker, problem solver & all our clients have total faith in him simply because of his integrity, accountability, and listening to his staff and his clients.

His planning is exemplary from me doing the timelines and spreadsheets to his work schedules for all our projects.

He has a character to make people feel this way and along with his exceptional time keeping and reliability then the work keeps coming in. He always ensures that he goes a little further on every project by doing the client small gestures and helping with any problems that may occur along the way, but the thing that really impresses everyone is the speed he deals with problems and the manor he does this making something that could turn big into something so small , totally outstanding quality for a young man of 22, this is just one reason he is a company director at the age of 22 as he has natural leader skills. His integrity is unquestionable and the client can see this, Josh pushes this as he always says that most builders are late, unreliable & very untidy so it is not hard to be better these days.
