This project involved a rear extension with full structural alterations, including excavation and new foundations, installation of structural steelwork, and the formation of large rear openings. The extension was completed with matching brickwork and aluminium bifold doors, creating a strong connection to the garden.

Internally, the works included a full refurbishment, featuring a new open-plan kitchen and living area with rooflights, bespoke kitchen installation, updated electrics and plumbing, and a newly fitted bathroom. The project was completed to a high standard and fully compliant with Building Regulations.

L-Shaped Loft Conversion – Battersea

This project involved a full L-shaped loft conversion to a residential property in Battersea, creating additional bedroom space and a new bathroom. The works included significant structural alterations, installation of new steelwork, new floor structure, and the construction of a rear dormer finished in slate cladding to match the existing roof.

The conversion incorporated Velux roof windows to maximise natural light, a new staircase, and a full internal fit-out including plastering, joinery, electrics, plumbing, and bathroom installation. The project was completed to a high standard and fully compliant with Building Regulations, delivering a bright, functional, and well-integrated new living space.
