This is the 2nd property I have had Scott round to help with. This time to hang several interior doors, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the job was handled with real professionalism. He showed up on time (Saturday morning), took the time to make sure every door was perfectly aligned and opened smoothly. Not an easy job in old frames. What really stood out was his attention to detail. he didn’t rush anything, made precise adjustments, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. The project took several turns along the way and Scott and his team were always receptive, gave great advice/suggestions and made the whole process as enjoyable as a building project can be. We are delighted with both the new extension and the large oak timber-framed outside dining area. Scott played a big part in re-designing the outside area, and this has resulted in a better final build than we imagined.

All work was completed to a very high standard. Plenty of consultation with the client to ensure the end product was what was wanted. Problems encountered during installation were dealt with professionally and to the satisfaction of the client. During the works care was taken to protect the rest of the property and keep things as clean as possible. Overall very impressed and will use again for other projects.

I couldn't be happier with the fantastic job Scott and his team at Smart Refurbishments did on my home renovation. We had a complete refurbishment on a residential parkhome we had just purchased.Nothing was too much trouble and the workmanship was excellent throughout.Walls were reinstated bathroom and ensuite fitted to a high standard.We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality and trustworthy company.
