This loft conversion was designed to maximize space and natural light, creating two well-proportioned rooms within the existing roof structure. Full Structural Renovation with Steelworks and Knock-Throughs

This project involves a comprehensive structural renovation to reconfigure and strengthen the existing building. Works include the careful removal of load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls to create new knock-through openings, improving layout, flow, and natural light throughout the property.

Structural integrity is ensured through the design and installation of new steelwork, including RSJs and supporting members, fully engineered to meet current building regulations. All temporary propping, sequencing, and structural alterations are carried out safely and methodically to maintain stability during construction.

The renovation enables a complete transformation of the internal layout, allowing for larger open-plan spaces while enhancing the long-term strength, functionality, and value of the property. All works are coordinated with building control approval and completed to a high professional standard.
