RichardHopcroft company Southside Maintenance ltd undertook two jobs for me, these were the insulation of three lofts and installing two internal wall insulation systems including new window sills Richard is very knowledgable on all aspects of the jobs and his dedication to customer satisfaction is unmatched, keeping me informed of every aspect. Richard is reliable,efficient and was meticulous in his preperation and carried out high quality work in a safe and conscientious manner to the agreed plan, timescale and cost. Richard and his team worked quickly and insured that working areas were clean and tidy. The high standard of workmanship Richard and his team acheived mean I would not hesitate in using him and his team again . I would recommend Southside maintance to others.

Richard worked with us to remodel our kitchen. His professional approach meant that we had a clear plan of the works required and a detailed estimate of costs and timelines. It also meant Richard could plan to bring specialist skills in when required. His flexible working style also enabled us to adjust to unforeseen challenges of a Victorian house. I can’t praise Richard enough, he’s been fantastic at my property. He’s reliable, and efficient. No job has been too big or small, and everything has been completed to an excellent standard. Richard goes above and beyond, often noticing things I hadn’t spotted and sorting them without any fuss. It’s a relief to have someone I can trust to do things properly and professionally. He’s always punctual, friendly, and leaves everything tidy, which makes a big difference. His attention to detail is outstanding, and he clearly takes pride in his work. Very happy with the work that I had done. From start to finish, the tradesmen were polite and professional. They removed an old bathroom, and created a wonderful en-suite in the next room. I also had years of problems with a leaking roof, but since the chimney has been fixed, I have not experienced any further leaking.

Rich has been covering the maintenance of my large holiday let for nearly 10 years. Rich and his team are a pleasure to work with. Totally professional, honest and with great communication.
