Overview
The project was to take a 1950's bungalow and renovate and convert it into a prestigious, bespoke project. The bungalow was changed beyond recognition. All internal walls were removed and major structural work was undertaken to transform this 1950's property. The objective was to give the customer an open plan and bespoke feel, unlike any other property in the area.

Judges’ comments

An ugly bungalow turned into a swan thanks to challenges that were met and creatively dealt with. Complete transformation of existing building, bringing a modern contemporary looking building both inside and out, fit for modern living. High quality finish, full of natural light with a glazed gable end. Stylish oak finishes, staircase/doors. Great link to garden via bi fold doors. Great job! Read less
