Residential house completed with a brand new roof covering; artificial slate, plastic fascia and guttering. At the rear of the premises a conservatory roof conversion requiring lead-work. Downlights installed at soffit level. Rot was found, cut-out and replaced with new timber.

A complete renovation of existing decking area, surrounded by a solid oak sleeper retaining wall using steel supports, finished with slate and a hidden drainage channel. Patio finished with resin joints for durability.

During the project we also replaced the foul water sewerage pipes that were damaged due to ingress of vegetation; and corrected previous installation of surface water from conservatory.

The project was carefully managed due to limited area for materials and spoil.

We also installed a conduit to the bottom of the garden future proofing for power and ethernet to a garden room.

Asked by the client to build a storage cupboard in the church hall; to match the existing. An identically matched build. Partition wall, plastered both inside and out, finished with skirting, architrave  matching paint colour. Cleaned and tidied every day to accommodate use of the facility.
