We’ve been really impressed with Steve and his whole team from start to finish. He turned up when he said he would, gave us quotes in a timely fashion and was easy to communicate with.
This continued throughout the build, we were kept informed every step of the way of what was happening and when. He and his team helped us make (the right!) decisions as the build was going on, which was very much appreciated as we have never done anything as big as this before. Everything was completed to a high standard, and everyone involved with the build was polite and considerate.
They managed to keep the rest of the house relatively dust free given the scale of the work, and our garden, driveway and street were left clean after every day. They also ensured we had a working sink, washing machine, etc for as long as possible given we were living in the house throughout with small children.
We are so pleased with how the build progressed and the finished product.

I cannot recommend Stephen and his team highly enough. What sets Stephen apart is his precise attention to detail, focus on quality and the most incredible communication skills. We have been very lucky to work with excellent tradespeople, but I can honestly say that Stephen is the absolute best because of the way he kept me continually updated, involved me decisions and really tried to anticipate any issues before they came to pass. He was also super tidy and had a real focus on cleaning up at the end of the day; and having lived through a renovation I now know just how important that is!
Stephen's team were equally hard-working and took pride in their work, which they did to an exceedingly high quality. The admin side of things was also really easy to navigate with staged payment plans and excellent timeline oversight. In addition to being a wonderful builder and an absolute joy to work with, Stephen was also competitively priced. I couldn't ask for anything more!
