"The walls are of brick and block insulated cavity construction and openings have been created to receive large fixed glass panels, in keeping with the existing a buildings aesthetics.
A flat roof with an overhang, creating a canopy, is currently being installed. The roof covering, will be fitted by another contractor.
The Contractor advises, a reconfiguration of the existing buildings walls, will be made to create additional office space. Internal fire compartmentation and stopping, roller shutters and further refurbishment works will be completed once the main structure of the extension is completed.
The workmanship and finishes to the brickwork, are completed to a good standard."
