Helpful suggestions were made throughout and solutions found to any problems arising as the project progressed. All the trades were a pleasure to work with and respected our home. Very happy with our dealing with Tom and team. From the initial consultation where minutes were taken and issued by Tabitha, through the contract stage detailing stage timings and payments using the confederation of master builders protocols, to the actual building process. Tom’s direct team and contractors were a delight, and the quality of work excellent. Communication was good at all stages, and the site was left clean and tidy. Final invoice was not issued until all snags were completed to our satisfaction. Nice to do business with a company that does exactly what was agreed and promised without fuss and without having to chase. A good experience from our perspective.

We used Stubbs Homes for our ground floor extension in 2023. Tom and the team who worked on this project were highly skilled and really professional and nothing was too much effort for them. From last minute alterations to plans, to missing materials or having to suffer yet another cup of tea thrust upon them by our toddler, everything was done with a smile! Stubbs Builders' approach to the entire project made a process that I had feared would be extremely stressful really smooth and seamless. Would highly recommend and wouldn't look to use anyone else if had further building works.

Tom and team recently built a detached double garage for me and the results are amazing. This is the second job they have completed for us, having had a double story extension built by them in 2017. Will certain use again in the future if they are available.

Everyone of the Team was exceptional. From the builders, labourers, plumbers, tiler, electricians and plasterers, they all did an excellent job. Every aspect of the work was completed professionally and on time. Tom kept us informed of progress throughout the job, and let us know every day which trades would be on site.
