Nestled in Meon Valley, this 18th century property was once the village dairy needed to adapt to extended family living needs, respecting the building’s heritage.
We were instructed to build the 70sqm two storey extension that completely contrasted the original building.
The steel and timber structure was externally clad and sliding aluminium doors would access the pool terrace and 1st floor balcony.
On the ground floor we installed a made-to-measure kitchen with fabricated quartz worktops..
The old kitchen area was converted into a self-contained annex with a jack-n-jill wet-room.
Leading upto the study an open-tread oak staircase with glass panel balustrades was manufactured to our client’s specification within building regulation guidelines.
Underfloor heating was laid to both floor levels and a new oil fired boiler was installed to service the whole property.
