Conversion of a three bedroom detached property.  A ground floor extension was added to form kitchen and rear living room.  A loft conversion was completed and created a large area incorporating the whole loft which is to be utilised as a bedroom and living area.  Velux roof lights were fitted and created light throughout the area giving luxury bedroom accommodation.  Please see images.

New double glazed units in Chatsworth Green with additional installation of a Composite door in matching Chatsworth green with stained glass to a 16th century property which forms part of the Ainsworth Conservation Area.  This property has been renovated by our company and is pictured in the Ainsworth Village Design Statement as a property that has been sympathetically renovated.  We are able to undertake work on both modern and traditional built properties with extensive experience in both types of build. 

New build on a plot of land which already had planning permission for a bungalow.  The land was formerly a large garden to the side of an existing bungalow.  The project was undertaken using Build-zone to offer the new homeowner a 10 year warranty.  This involved preparing the site, excavating footings, brickwork and blockwork, concrete floors, timber trusses and concrete tiles.  All windows are uPVC with a 10 year guarantee.  The new build comprises 2 bedrooms, living accommodation, kitchen and entrance hall with built in cupboards and a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating.  To the outside we completed patio areas and matching flags surround the property.  The build was overseen by Meridian Consultants and project managed by Tim Edge of T & J C Property Developments Ltd.  We offer a complete service from preparing plans to completion with a wealth of experience spanning 50 years in the building industry.
