Delivered under TB Projects’ design & build model and shortlisted for the Build It Awards – Best Brick Home. Featuring bespoke timber sash, arched windows, oriel window seat, and timber orangery, plus Flemish bond brickwork with cast stone detailing. Interiors include a cut-string oak staircase, Lutron lighting, MVHR ventilation, and Savant smart home integration. Outdoors, a bespoke oak pergola with concrete worktops provides a luxurious entertaining space. The project showcases TB Projects’ full-service capability, seamless client experience, and craftsmanship uniting timeless design with contemporary luxury.

A former pub situated in the heart of the countryside village of Hambledon. This complete home refurbishment involved relocating the kitchen whilst maintaining the traditional oak beams and character of the house. A full re-wire, new heating and plumbing throughout with underfloor heating fitted to the kitchen and utility. Bespoke made joinery and timber engineered flooring and limestone tiling to give a luxury finish together with complete redecoration and landscaping of the garden.
