We removed all old finishes down to bare brick, upgraded plumbing and waste routes, installed new electrical points, corrected previous defects and fully prepared the room for a high-end finish.

This project involved a full-scale extension and transformation of an existing property, effectively doubling the size of the house through extensive structural, groundwork and finishing works. Our team delivered the entire build from start to finish, covering every trade to a high professional standard.

Works began with full site preparation, excavation and engineered foundations, followed by reinforced formwork and block-and-beam floor installation. Structural steel was supplied and installed to support the new layout, with temporary propping and safe demolition of the existing rear and side walls. New cavity walls were built to match the original brickwork, including insulation, DPC installation and all landscaping adjustments.

The entire roof structure was newly constructed, from timber rafters and breathable membrane to tiling, fascia, soffit and guttering, delivering a complete weatherproof shell. All new windows and doors were supplied and fitted, improving energy efficiency and natural light.

Inside, we completed a full interior refurbishment, including the construction and installation of three new bathrooms with plumbing, drainage, electrical, tiling and finishing. All internal carpentry, flooring, partitioning and plastering were carried out to a clean, high-quality standard. Electrical upgrades were also completed throughout.

To finish the project, the garden was fully redesigned and completed, including levelling, tidy-up works and preparation for future landscaping.

The result is a fully extended, structurally sound and modernised home, built with attention to detail at every stage and delivered to a professional Master Builder standard.

A high-end bathroom transformation delivered in the heart of Frognal (NW3). The project included a full strip-out, complete waterproofing with the Schluter system, and the installation of electric underfloor heating for added comfort. We prepared perfectly level surfaces and fitted large-format porcelain tiles with seamless cuts and clean lines.
