We have completed approximately 70 projects over the past two years with excellent client feedback across the board, increasing year-on-year turnover by 44%, and expanding into new office premises. We've recruited three new staff members whilst maintaining high standards of practice and are proud to support three current apprentices.
The team have overcome challenges pertaining to transitioning from a home-based operation, addressing a shortage of skilled tradespeople by building local college relationships, and managing fluctuating material prices with a transparent three-month quote validity policy. Clients are prioritised through 24/7 availability and detailed payment schedules, as well as ongoing post project-completion support.

The first stage was to … Read more For this project, we were tasked with creating a fabulous new open plan living space, with further conversion of the existing downstairs floor plan. The first stage was to demolish the existing conservatory and a small building which had been previously converted from an old coal shed to a downstairs toilet.Once the demolition was complete, we started with the foundations for the new extension. We wanted to create plenty of light so installed a flat roof lantern, which allows light to flow into the adjoining rooms.
With the extension complete, we installed a new kitchen with an island and transformed the new extension into a beautiful open plan kitchen/ diner. Read less

We invited TED Construction and Developments to estimate for works including demolition of our existing garage, rebuild new garage and extension as well as other building works and alterations. From start to finish they did exactly what they said they would do. They always kept us informed and we always knew they would be on site. Jason managed the projects from start to finish and brought on other reliable trades people when required. Jason and Colin were a pleasure to have around and they also consulted with our neighbours when access was required at various stages of the build.
