The job was to replace the existing kitchen with a modern kitchen. The job required the measurement, supply and fitting kitchen and included joinery, plumbing, electrical and tiling work. The designer and all trades arrived on time on the days appointed or I was informed of any possible delays so I was mot waiting in the house expecting someone to come and then didn't show up. The quality of the work and tidying up after each trade was first class with very little or no mess for me to clean up after them. There was attention to detail and they even put wooden battens down for the skip to sit on. There was an issue as the wrong doors were sent and therefore, a delay in completing the kitchen. However, I was always kept informed as to when the correct doors would arrive and again Michael arrived on the due date and time to complete the job. I also asked Michael to do a couple of wee jobs when he was in the house and these he did with no complaints. Michael and all tradesmen were very pleasant and easy to talk to. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael for joinery work or even arranging all trades as the standard of work is first class and he was always reliable and keeping me informed on the progress of the job. It really made a big difference being kept informed as the project moved on.
