Conversion of derelict barns into a luxury 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home. Design was done by Hayward Smart Architects. The buildings were dilapidated and falling down, significant reconstruction was required to at least 50% of the buildings. The entire site was transformed from waterlogged, overgrown farm yard, to landscaped luxury home. All work was carried out by Templederry Properties Ltd as main contractor.
