This build included groundworks for drainage and a shower room, plus a 6m x 1m grey composite decking area. The exterior features grey composite cladding to the front and black corrugated boards to the rear and sides. Wired electrics run to the home via 15m of armoured cable and a dedicated consumer unit, with an upgraded package including WiFi, LED strip lights, extra sockets, TV point and colour-matched fittings. Internally, the room is fully plastered, built with high-grade SIPs and finished with commercial-grade laminate flooring. Anthracite uPVC French doors and a 1m window with integral blinds provide a clean modern look, along with a small shower-room window. A stud-built bathroom area contains a full white suite. Additional features include a 2kW heater, humidistat fan, EPDM roof, guttering, water butt, and full building regs and electrical certification.

This bespoke 5m x 2.6m multi-use garden room features striking black maintenance-free composite cladding to the front and sides, with black corrugated boards to the rear. Built on the original garage footings (garage removed by the customer), it includes full electrical and wired internet connection via armoured cable and a dedicated consumer unit. Anthracite aluminium windows, sliding patio doors and internal finishes create a premium look, with fully plastered and painted interiors, recessed LED downlights and commercial-grade laminate flooring. The room is constructed using a galvanised steel frame with 97mm PU insulation for excellent year-round performance. A partition wall forms a compact shower room with toilet, basin and electric hot water, fully connected to wastewater. Additional features include a 2kW heater, humidistat fan, EPDM roof, guttering, multiple internal and external sockets, up-down LEDs and a professional post-build clean, leaving the space ready to enjoy.

This 16m² project featured a full internal upgrade using uPVC cladding for a clean, low-maintenance finish. Lighting was improved with six new spotlights, all connected to a dimmer switch to give the homeowner flexible control over the room’s ambience.

This 12m² conservatory rebuild was completed in just five days and included a new timber Tapco roof with two roof windows. 

We installed new Chartwell Green on White uPVC frames to the front and right-hand side, plus a new RHS door with a cat flap. 

Internally, the new roof, LHS stud wall and back wall were fully plastered, with the external face of the stud wall rendered. Heating was upgraded by relocating the existing radiator and replacing it with a tall vertical rad. 

Electrics were improved with three spotlights and an extra double socket. We also created a compact WC in the kitchen area with new stud walls, plastered surfaces, a white internal door, and a toilet and sink connected to existing water and waste.

This project included the installation of three 780×980 rooflights to maximise natural light, along with four new spotlights to enhance internal illumination. The roof was finished with Tapco tiles using our Preserve system, providing a durable, insulated upgrade. Although the customer opted not to include a tie wire, they requested haunches for added stability. All work was carried out in full compliance with building regulations.

This bespoke 4.8m x 4.0m multi-use garden room was built using existing garage foundations, with new concrete footings added to support the extended footprint. The old garage was taken down, including safe asbestos roof removal. The build features full electrical and wired internet connection via armoured cable and a dedicated consumer unit. Externally, it showcases striking Shou Sugi Ban cladding to the front and window side, black corrugated boards to the rear and short side, and cedar detailing around the 3m anthracite aluminium bifold doors and 1m window, both with integral blinds. Inside, the room is fully plastered and painted, fitted with commercial-grade laminate flooring, recessed LED downlights, SIP construction for year-round efficiency, and a lantern roof-light. Extras include a 2kW heater, humidistat fan, multiple sockets, external LED lighting, EPDM roof, guttering and certificates for building regs and electrics.
