Think Beyond Ltd

Ed and his team at Think Beyond built us a wonderful 2-storey side extension and fully renovated our interiors. Our house started off feeling cramped and dated, and finished feeling huge, bright and fresh. The work was faultless, stuck carefully to schedule, and while there were a few unexpected expenses (outside Ed's control) the overall cost was still very reasonable, and included much more than competitors. This was our first piece of major building work, and Ed and team respected our newness, helped us avoid mistakes, and communicated well. The whole team showed huge skill, kindness and experience. My partner and I work full time in the week, but Ed was able to stay in touch after hours and at weekends, which made a huge difference to us. When the work ran into unexpected difficulties Ed was able to adapt and find solutions, staying in good humour even when frustrations arose outside his control. We're really happy with the result and would strongly recommend Think Beyond.

Eddie did a great job on my flat, he fitted a new floor and skirting board, and brand new bathroom. Eddie and his colleague are easy to talk to and I would definitely use them again for future work.

Instructed Think Beyond (Eddie) to complete a rear extension, loft extension, remodel, and full renovation incl. rewire, plumbing, gas/boiler, roof, staircase relocation, new kitchen, and new bathrooms. Work was completed to a high standard and within the price quoted. Would work with Think Beyond again and/or recommend them to others.

Ed and his team were amazing from start to finish. I am a single mother with a full time job- I have never carried out work like this before so it was a very daunting prospect. Ed took care of everything, sourcing all materials, communicating with architects, sourcing fitters, plumbers, electricians etc. He helped me get through the process with ease. All the work was carried out to a very high standard and his workers were polite, clean, punctual and very hardworking. His whole team always put the extra effort in. The end result is amazing, even better than I was expecting. Highly recommend!

Ed is a fantastic builder - hardworking and reliable with excellent attention to detail. Ed completed a three month project for us which included: a knock through of the lounge and installation of two beams, new kitchen, bathroom, installation of downstairs loo, sanding down of original wooden floors, and redecorating through. Ed was outstanding from start to finish. He had excellent communication, keeping us informed of progress in between site visits. Where there a few small overruns for unexpected things (e.g rotten joists), Ed informed us ahead of time and always provided a quote. We were really impressed with Ed’s attention to detail, care and attention. I knocking down two internal walls Ed managed to retain the original cornicing. All is work is immaculate and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We found Ed online, and were so lucky to do so. We couldn’t recommend more highly.

I appointed Ed to undertake a complete renovation of my two bed flat which included rewiring, new plumbing, new kitchen and bathroom, all fixtures and fittings, flooring and decoration. All the works were carried out to a high standard and with a care for detail. Ed and Leo were both conscientious and very easy to deal with and took a great deal of pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.
