Three Pines completed this refurbishment of an Audi showroom in Halesowen, West Midlands, in three phases:
Phase 1
Refurbishment of the existing external forecourt to create a New Audi Sport Showroom, including a new curtain wall, and two new offices. We revamped the Handover Bay, refurbished the kitchen, refurbished the locker room and added a new shower area, as well as refurbishing the existing workshop staff toilets.
Phase 2
For the second phase we refurbished the existing showroom, involving a new heating and cooling system, a new suspended ceiling, additional power via floor boxes to illuminate cars in showroom, new floor tiles and carpets, and full redecoration.
We then demolished the existing kitchen, turning it into a male customer toilet along with the refurbishment of the female customer toilet and Disabled WC. Next we created a new, internal, fully glazed partition to segregate public from service staff, and refurbished the existing offices (new heating and cooling system, new suspended ceiling, new carpets and full redecoration).
Phase 3
Refurbishment of the existing offices, knocking through from existing offices.
External Works
A new external wet wash valet bay and fencing project to front of house.

The work we did on this residential property in Penkridge, Staffordshire, was split into 3 separate project stages:
Project 1 – Pump Room
The existing outhouse building was demolished and the cellar infilled with a raft foundation. A small new dwelling was built, in-keeping with the existing house, to seat a new water pump and water purification system to feed the existing house on site. The existing bore hole fresh water feed was re-directed from the existing derelict building.
Project 2 – New Build Double Garage with Plant Room and Ground Source Heating System
A new double garage with attic trusses was built. PV Solar panels were installed on the roof. A 600m trenching was dug to specification for an Eco friendly ground source heating system back to heat pump in the plant room.
Project 3 – Demolition of existing Build and construction of a new 3 Bed Detached Eco House
For this last stage, the existing barn/dwelling was demolished and a new detached dwelling was built in it's place, with elaborate brickwork with stonework, chimneys and a porch area. It was built with full timber window and door specification.
PV solar panels were added to the roof and bat mitigation to loft space. We installed ground floor and first floor underfloor heating. A fully tiled shower room and 2 bathrooms were installed as well as a new bespoke kitchen and bespoke staircase.
