At our initial meeting with Lee, he came very well prepared with all paperwork related to the project. He spent a long time going over everything, answering all my questions (as well as asking) and then gave a thorough inspection of the property to fully understand the build. Lee was instrumental in assisting me with queries, suggesting and making amendments as needed and helping me move forward with the project due to various issues we had before the build even began. His team was professional and friendly and worked hard getting the build finished ahead of schedule and to a high standard. The project manager Chris was always contactable and oversaw the build making sure everything ran efficiently. He involved me in decision making and spoke through with me options that were available. He answered all my questions giving me lots of detail. Chris would update me on what was happening and when and how the build would proceed. Lee was always available for any queries. Very happy!!!

I can’t recommend TLC Development enough — they were fantastic from start to finish. Everything came in on time and on budget, and Lee was really upfront from the beginning about any potential issues and costs. In the end there were no surprises at all, and they were honest, professional, and easy to deal with throughout.
I changed my mind a few times during the planning stages until we got the tender right for my needs and budget, but Lee was always patient, supportive, and never made me feel rushed. He also came up with really creative ideas and practical solutions that made a big difference. Communication was excellent, and I always felt looked after. Chris, who project-managed the job, was a pleasure to deal with, and the whole team were polite, professional, and took real care over the finish.
They were happy to help with extra little jobs and handled all the building regs. The extension has completely transformed how I enjoy my home.

As the title suggests, Lee and the team completely renovated our house, including new plumbing and electrical installations, digging out and underpinning the basement and fitting a new kitchen. Lee has an excellent relationship with sub-contractors for window, roofing and metal fabrication, whose work we were also delighted with. This was not our first renovation project, and Lee's ideas, commitment, and creativity exceeded our expectations. The team were respectful; we felt Lee was as serious about budget and deadlines as we were. We finished a month ahead of schedule.
