Supply and installation of first fix timber stud partition walls in accordance with drawings and building regulations. Works to include setting out, fixing sole plates and head plates, erecting timber studwork at correct centres, forming openings for doors and services, and installing noggins where required. Stud walls to be securely fixed to floors, ceilings, and adjoining structures, ready to receive insulation, services, and plasterboard at second fix stage.

Project Summary:

The customer requested the removal of an internal wall to create a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area. The new kitchen was designed and supplied by Wren Kitchens, and fully installed by our team.

The project successfully transformed the space into a modern, open-plan kitchen and dining area, improving both functionality and natural light flow. All work was completed in accordance with building regulations and approved by Building Control where required. The customer was very satisfied with the final result.
