Our company faced many problems, Materials & staff shortages, then pandemic & Brexit chaoses.

Ultimate Engineers have regular meetings with staff and buy ideas. Share responsibilities with top to bottom with all the traders as most are our regular contractors.

Having regular contact with multiple suppliers always gave us heads up on availability or price change.

Covid, all the boys pledged to work in bubbles and take extreme cares whenever they had to go out as we all were like a family to each other, one single mistake could shut the work for multiple lads.

We are proud of there special efforts on safety.

I have had few unfortunate experiences with builders, but Ash and his team have surprised me with their work ethics, finished quality and their time keeping. We've had the 1st floor on our house removed and rebuilt by them while still living in the house with two kids. They moved quickly with the project and not just delivered on time, but with hardly any rectifications from our Building Control officer. Highly recommended!
