I can highly recommend Ultimate Construction. The work they did was a very high standard and they did it quickly and efficiently. The final cost was the same as quoted. There was a risk that the work being carried out would impact our neighbours and Ultimate Construction managed that aspect on our behalf too. What more could you ask for?

I would like to thank all workers at Ultimate involved in the construction of an extended porch and wet room at my premises. The project was well programmed with specialist skills available when required. All members of the team were polite tidy skilled and could not have produced a better result. The outside crew were well organised and kept disruption to the garden and driveway to a minimum. The wet room has been finished to a high standard. All purchases and deliveries were made by Ultimate after consultation reducing any stress on us. Ultimate worked to a fixed price contract. All additional work was subject to a written quotation, We are happy with the finished result and pleased we selected this contractor especially as he is local.

Sen Ultimate Construction around for years so finally called them to get a quotation for my proposed new project. They were nothing but fantastic and carried out the works on my double storey wrap around extension to perfection. All staff were polite , considerate and a pleasure to have around. Very highly skilled trades and didn’t cost a penny more than what was stated within the comprehensive quotation they provided . I couldn’t have chosen a better company!!!

We were recommended Ultimate Construction for the Conversion of our integral garage to a utility room. A consultation was arranged and a quotation and payment schedule provided. At every stage of the development we were informed of exactly what would happen and when. The entire team are First Class Craftsmen - builders, plasterers, plumbers, carpenters, electricians, decorators - (there's a few golfers and anglers in there too) - and all were courteous, good humoured (even in the freezing cold) and professional, working cleanly and tidily and barely disrupting daily life. We would definitely use Ultimate Construction again.

Comprehensive quotation which they kept to with clear billing and communication. All the trades used in our complete kitchen/diner renovation were highly skilled, pleasant to have in the house and took a genuine pride in their work. I have deleted one star because the project overran and there were a couple of cleanliness issues.These were exceptions and we were delighted with the quality of work and the excellent end result. We would not hesitate to use Ultimate again. Overall a class act.

There are lots of horror stories about builders not turning up on time, not completing jobs once started and overcharging etc. but this is certainly NOT the case with Ultimate Construction. Jason always arrived at the time given for appointments, as did the building team, the quotes given for the work were exact and everyone involved was courteous and considerate of the neighbours. Jason, Adam and Rhonda were always contactable and any queries raised were answered almost immediately. The work done, to repair water damage at the property (which involved replacing ceilings and floors, scraping, re plastering and painting walls and a chimney breast, installing new windows and doors, plus electrical work) was completed to a high standard by all concerned. I would like to thank Adam, Jason, Rhoda and their team for taking the worry about such an undertaking off my shoulders - it was a joy to do business with them.

Excellent service and quality of work in all areas. We had new boiler fitted, major electrical work done for our garden room. Plastering, kitchen units fitted. Lighting and ceiling replaced. New flat roof installed and multiple other jobs done. Ultimate had a team for all of these jobs and all were competeld to fantastic standard along with friendly knowledgeable staff.

We are delighted with our extension/renovation. The workmanship was of a high standard. Ultimate’s team were a delight to work with polite, friendly, trustworthy and tidy. Of special mention for their very high standard of work were the carpenter (who had a very difficult job of building the roof structure of the extension and integrating this into the existing roof); the electrician and the plumber. Ultimate quoted for the project prior to being engaged. They adhered to this with two minor additions for issues that were uncovered during the works. These items were discussed and agreed prior to undertaking the work - firstly correcting the alignment of an existing wall and secondly replacing a rotten bathroom floor (found having removed the existing tiles). These came to about £500. There was a further cost for bringing in a specialist company to remove asbestos, found during the works, and our request for extra power sockets, lights and switches.

We contacted Ultimate Construction Limited on the recommendation of two previous clients in 2019. From the first meeting I was impressed with Adam and Garry's professionalism, knowledge and assistance with design. Our project initially was the renovation of bathrooms which they completed to a very high standard and Garry's tiling is immaculate. As Ultimate's branding said at the time, "Our quote is our quote" and this is the case unless when stripping out they find any safety issues. My mistake was to let my wife loose with further works that must have driven Adam and Garry mad when you're trying to project manage a number of jobs. However they added to the project and completed our additional work to the a very high standard. They have a great team and whether it is a plasterer, electrician or carpenter on site they are all engaging, professional and caring. A great team! We highly recommend Ultimate Construction.

Very pleased with the work carried out - replacement garage roof and patio, soil pipe removal and replacement, sorted out the terrible job done by another builder on our drive. Always available to speak to and very minor remedial on loose coping stone repaired immediately. Would highly recommend

Ultimate did a great job of completely refreshing a large patio area, including stripping away all the old waterproofing layer and replacing a large area of flagstones. It also included laboriously preparing some existing steel frames to accept new glass walk-on floor panels. They also repaired some large open cracks in the brickwork of retaining walls on a raised flowerbed - completely invisibly mended - an amazing job! The work was done to a very high standard, within both the time and the cost that they quoted. The guys did a fantastic job - thorough, friendly and consultative, and they kept the site clean during and after the work. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would happily hire them again.

One comment we've often heard made about UC, and that is that their vehicles are kept Clean, small point perhaps, but it shows the care and attention to detail this team has.. I have been using Ultimate Construction for 12 years during which time they have done three major extensions for me ( kitchen, sunroom and office/garage conversion.Always busy but worth the wait for a comprehensive and first class service. Work always scrupulously checked by inspectors, duly certificated and approved.Ultimate are a one stop shop for building, electrics, plumbing, planning, decorating and many other extras. I have always found them friendly, flexible and willing to explore creative options. They are also very tidy!

Our project was a relatively small one, the remodelling of a utility room involving a repositioning and enclosure of a downstairs loo. Ultimate were excellent at developing designs for the new layout that we had not considered and that aspect of their service was really valuable. The construction phase was managed professionally by the team and we were advised and consulted with throughout. We are delighted with the finished room and the one subsequent snag (a faulty extractor fan) was dealt with speedily
