The ‘&Co’ part of Vantage & Co refers to our collaborative approach – we work both with and for our clients to seamlessly deliver each and every project.
Our on-site team will work closely with you to deliver your project on time and on budget, working with our wide range of trusted professional construction experts to ensure a pain free process for yourself, allowing you as much or as little involvement to suit your needs at the time. We do not look to meet your expectations, but to exceed them, and to inspire you with what we do.
Our in-house commercial team ensure budgetary aspirations are adhered to, and we will always offer honest transparent advice in ways to manage your project to ensure delivery.

As good as we are in delivering a scheme, if the design is not right, it shows. Over the years we have been fortunate enough to work with many talented architecture practices on a diverse portfolio of amazing projects, and the future schemes are no different.
As part of our management service we can introduce the perfect design partner, or work with your own if already in that process. We can liaise with, or manage the process in-house to minimize impact and ensure a seamless process.
By working with the design team from an early stage we can assist in cost management through design efficiencies followed by careful and considerate procurement.
