Single storey rear and side extension - The build included a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area, a new utility room, and a downstairs toilet. To create the open feel and bring in more natural light, we installed steel RSJs, bifold doors, and a vaulted ceiling with Velux roof lights.

The result is a bright, functional space that fits beautifully with the traditional style of the house. The homeowners couldn’t be happier with how it’s improved both their daily living and the overall value of their home.

We were proud to work on this unique project at the world-famous Beacon Hotel and Sarah Hughes Brewery in Sedgley.

Our job was to carefully demolish the old Grade II listed conservatory, which had become unsafe, and replace it with a new traditionally built orangery that meets modern building regulations. As the building is listed, we followed strict conservation guidelines, reusing original and reclaimed materials wherever possible, including bricks, roof slates, and quarry tiles from the old structure.

We also installed traditional hardwood profiled windows and doors to match the original architecture, along with modern underfloor heating for comfort.

The end result blends beautifully with the original 1850s pub and brewery. The owner, Mr. Simon Massey, was thrilled with the finish and said the new orangery is a perfect addition to the building.

Kitchen extension - On this project we demolished the existing outbuilding and built a high quality kitchen extension and downstairs W.C.

To create this much needed large kitchen and downstairs W.C we also removed the rear external kitchen walls and installed steel beams.

The end result is a large luxurious kitchen and downstairs toilet.

Our customers say the kitchen extension has given them the much needed space they needed and the new downstairs w.c has dramatically improved their comfort and quality of life!

Double storey wrap around extension and renovation . On this project the ground floor was fully reconfigured to create a large, luxurious open plan kitchen diner, a downstairs bathroom, an open plan hallway, and a new garage. This involved removing all internal walls and installing large steel beams to support the new layout.

Upstairs, we added two double bedrooms and a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite.

The transformation, both inside and out, has been dramatic. Our clients are over the moon with the result and say the open plan layout has made the house feel much bigger and perfect for family get-togethers.

Orangery extension - On this project we built a stunning traditionally built Orangery to give our customers the extra warm inviting living space they wanted!

To maximise natural light we installed 2 x flat roof windows , a large external upvc window and a large set of aluminium bifold doors.

The end result is a large usable living space which matches the existing style of the house And provides a connection between the home and the garden!

Single storey rear kitchen/diner extension with downstairs W.C and utility room.  For this project we demolished the existing conservatory and built a single storey rear extension. We installed large steal beams and removed rear external walls to create a huge open plan living space.

We added a traditional tiled roof to match the existing house with a large vaulted ceiling. To maximise natural light we fitted 2 x roof windows in the vaulted ceiling and a large set of aluminium bifold doors in the rear of the extension.

Single storey rear kitchen/diner extension and downstairs W.C.

On this job we knocked down existing single storey rear outbuildings and built a large brick/block built extension . We removed the rear existing external walls of the house and installed large steal beams to give our customers a huge open plan living space. We constructed a flat roof with 3 x large roof windows to maximise natural light in their new kitchen/ diner areas.

By carrying out this build we have got rid of the old, damp outbuildings and given them a large open plan living space for them and there family to enjoy and also added value to their home.

This was a fully bespoke new build project we completed in the West Midlands.

Working closely with our architect, we handled everything; from initial drawings and planning permission right through to interior decorating and full garden landscaping. The goal was to create a home with the charm of a traditional country cottage, but with a modern edge.

The build included 6m aluminium bifold doors, reclaimed oak beams throughout, solid oak flooring, underfloor heating, and even a home cinema system. All finished to an exceptionally high standard.

This project is a great example of the care and attention to detail we bring to every job.
