We instructed Will to undertake what we all believed was to be a short and quick renovation project on our five bedroomed end of terraced house in Eastbourne, East Sussex. Whilst the intended length of the project increased dramatically due to the complexities hitherto unseen within the house…(no lintels, un attached staircase, weakened floorboards, dodgy electrics…the list is endless…) Will was a magnificent master craft person and has created/ rebuilt for us a magnificent Victorian house with a 21st century twist.
What has he done? In short: bedrooms became bathrooms, and vice versa, new floors, put lintels in, repaired the staircase, plastered, electrics, heating including UF, built bespoke book shelves, wardrobes, new fire places, new windows throughout, bespoke utility room, fabulous kitchen and a great garden. This list does not do justice to the FABULOUS house that we now have thanks to Will Loch. Instruct him for your house reno: he is a master craft person.

In 2016 Will Loch Construction acted as our builder, when we were renovated our entire house.
Will displayed fantastic craftsmanship skills, especially in the creation of our new addition gym, which was a new build extension.
He took time to lease with the external experts, the architect and structural engineer as well as managing all the various trades, including plumber, plasterers, decorators electrician, tiler and gas fitters.

Will and his team did a fantastic job renovating our entire house. It was a huge job and Will and his team did absolutely everything to ensure we were completely happy. During difficult times when we didn’t have a kitchen, bathroom etc. they did everything they could to make life as simple, clean and as comfortable as possible. As would be expected with such a complicated project there were a few hiccups along the way but they were all resolved quickly and without fuss. All snagging was done quickly and without question and as a result our property is absolutely fantastic and we are really pleased with the end result. We would recommend Will Loch Construction without hesitation.
