I had been trying for about 4 years to find a builder who would take on the job and give me confidence that it would be done well. That proved to be a problem, until I found Williams & Price Building Services Ltd. From the start, contact was good. Estimate was completed on time, and when issues arose beyond our control, Liam and I would easily work around them. When I was given the start date Liam, Stephen, & Jay, arrived on time. They were quick to get cracking. The work was completed in a few days, with only the plastering and rendering left to do. Simon & Luke, arrived on the date given and, again, went to work on the plastering, etc. without wasting any time. All those involved were pleasant, easy to get on with, and professional. Cleaning up was done each day, and any questions I asked were answered. Would I have them back? Already being planned. Thanks guys.

I had an indoor waterfall from outside the house. Liam and Steve found the source and explained to me what needed to be done to repair the issue. Liam communicated before the start of the job and kept me updated throughout the work. I would definitely recommend Liam, Steve and the team. I am potentially going to have some other works and will definitely have Williams and Price Building Services to do the work.

Williams and Price carried out a major building project on my house. It involved supporting the roof while the pine end wall of the house was demolished and rebuilt. Fitting replacement door and windows. Rendering the outside and plastering the inside. The workmanship was to a high standard, the work was carried out in a timely manner. The house was cleaned after each days work. To save us moving out temporary walls were put in place. All the workmen were polite and courteous during our interactions. All in all a good job

We employed Williams and Price Building Services to build a first floor extension to accommodate bedrooms and a bathroom, to undertake extensive renovations to the existing ground floor to develop a large kitchen and a good sized lounge and to build an attached single storey extension to accommodate a dining and utility room and porch way. The build has now been completed to a very high standard and a number of people have already commented on how nice it looks. They even restored a large part of the ground and garden to its original condition, including repairing some steps and blocks that had been damaged during the build. Overall I would highly recommend Williams and Price Building Services and would not hesitate in recommending them to family and friends.

Liam and Steve built a single story extension on our house. We got 3 quotes for the build as you should. Why we choose Liam and Steve wasn't because they were the cheapest, it was because they came to our house a handful of times to answer any queries or questions, they really ensure we understood how the cost was going to be structured and to make sure we were getting the build we want and they fully understood what we wanted. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone, they are tidy, informative, honest and good quality builders.

Being first time homeowners, we were worried about the work we wanted to have done and finding a reliable builder for it. We need not have worried as this lot were amazing! They were there for every query and worry and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with the work, even keeping in touch with the local building inspector too, which we really appreciated. The end result is flawless and the compliments we’ve had (even from others in the trade) have been top notch. Any building work we need done in future is being assigned to Williams & Price - couldn’t recommend enough.

Fantastic work done kept me informed on everything they were doing. Brilliant standard of work carried out. The boys cleaned the bar and hallway every day and it was spotless. I would recommend them one hundred percent.

Had these buliders to build a kitchen extension , from start to finish liam ,stephen and Matthew were efficient, reliable and punctual. Very pleased with the work and the politeness of the boys and everything well explained and worked really hard. Highly recommended, and will be having them again In the future .

Well, they came when they said they would. They helped with the finer details of the build and kept me informed of progress and any issues. Hard workers. Very clean and tidy and well organised. I would definitely recommend these guys as they certainly exceeded my expectations! I will definitely be asking them to do some more at my property.

Building a two storey extension seemed a very daunting idea at first, however Liam and Stephen made the process from start to finish relaxed, informative and enjoyable. The quality of workmanship is second to none, as confirmed by our building inspector. While there were obstacles due to national material supply, poor weather and the pandemic, Liam and Stephen found solutions, kept us informed a delivered a build that was pleasing. We worked with the team to make informed decisions and took expert advice to ensure the best/ desired finish was executed. Work was coordinated well throughout. They clearly take pride in their workmanship, but also have respect for the daily impact it may have on the customer's lives. They went above and beyond to ensure the working area and its surrounds were kept as clean and tidy as possible. Finally, I could not wish to have worked with such a personable, friendly and informative team. An absolute joy to have around. Great customer relations.
