Conversion of a detached double garage into a separate annex living quarters. Dedicated services were provided to the annex, ensuite bathroom, engineering oak flooring, media wall and much more. 

All works were completed in house by YKD Construction 

Works comprised of knocking two double bedrooms into one to create a stunning master suite with walk in dressing room, ensuite and plush bedroom. Striped out and started again with the full design and build being taken care of in house by YKD Construction.

YKD Construction were tasked with building a flat roof single storey kitchen/diner/snug extension in replacement of an old conservatory. We were to provide the client with a water tight shell and removing the back of the existing house ready for the client to undertake the remainder of the works. 

The extension was build to the new 2022 building regulations and featured anthracite grey aluminium bi-fold doors and roof lantern.

A kitchen and utility refurbishment on a cottage in Stillington. Repositioning a back door, creating window openings, enlarging chimney and alcove openings along with a full kitchen design, supply & installation. 

All works undertaken in-house by YKD Group.

A wider construction project which saw us undertake some works on this lovely listed property to give the family a more useable and functional family home. An in keeping, characterful double storey extension was added to give an additional bedroom whilst creating a large open plan kitchen diner. 

At the side, two green oak glazed structures met the in keeping stonework to firstly give a grand entrance porch, which featured an internal stone wall, and secondly gave an orangery over looking the fields and gardens.

Underfloor heating was installed throughout the downstairs of the property, new kitchen, replacement existing windows and other works completed the project.
